Purchasing Advisory Council

The IPHEC Purchasing Advisory Council (PAC) is comprised of Purchasing Directors from each of the thirteen IPHEC member institutions.  The PAC works collaboratively on many issues impacting Illinois universities.  Coordination by all Illinois universities affords the Purchasing Directors an opportunity to coordinate and share best practices and new opportunities with their respective purchasing units.  The IPHEC Purchasing Advisory Council is an assortment of some of the most impactful individuals in Illinois higher education procurement.
